At Cedar Point Health, we recognize that our transition to a new Electronic Medical Records system has created challenges, including longer phone hold times, dropped calls, delays with prescription refills and appointment scheduling, and missed cancellation reminders. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused and understand how these issues can make it more difficult to access the care and support you rely on. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare while improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve, and we recognize that this transition has not always reflected the experience we strive to provide. Our teams are working diligently, both behind the scenes and on the front lines, to address these challenges, improve our processes, and create a smoother, more reliable experience for our patients.
