Cedar Point Health Introduces the New Patient Portal Welcoming Enhanced Access to Your Care
Cedar Point Health is undergoing an internal transition to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) System. This upgrade is designed to improve efficiency, enhance care coordination, and provide better overall experience for both our patients and staff. Patients will no longer be able to access the Greenway portal beginning November 2026. For those who wish to keep medical records and other information, please download files and reload to Athena portal prior.
With the New Patient Portal You Will Be Able To:
- Manage Appointments
- Request and schedule appointments, view upcoming appointment details, and get directions to our appointment location.
- View Medications
- Request medication refills and view your current and past medications including dosage, prescription dates, remaining refills, and prescriber information.
- View and Manage Health Records
- View, download, and send your most up-to-date health records on any internet-enabled device. View your current vitals, immunizations, lab results, and other important health information.
- Manage Your Profile
- Update your personal and contact information, set your preferred provider and medical location, and update your login and insurance information.
- Manage Documents and Forms
- Download, view, and submit financial, administrative, and medical documents and forms. You’ll also be able to accesss provider recommended health education materials.
- Send Secure Messages
- Send and receive secure messages to and from your provider. You’ll be able to securely ask medical and insurance questions, request medical records, and send documents and forms to your provider.

This partnership represents an important step forward in enhancing the services and support we provide to our patients. Through this improved platform, patients will have access to a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for managing their healthcare needs.
