Our secure Patient Portal allows you to contact us at your convenience and manage your healthcare by easily accessing your test results, as well as:

• View Medications
• View and Manage Health Records
• Manage Your Profile
• Manage Documents and Forms
• Send Secure Messages

To sign up for our patient portal, please contact our office for a portal invitation. Once you have received the invitation to your email, follow the link provided, and complete the registration. Remember your username and password in order to log in and start your patient portal experience.

After November 2026 patients will no longer be able to access the Greenway portal and all information needed should be downloaded and then uploaded to the new Athena portal.
